Delivery Information

Now there are three shipping methods on our website:

A. Express mail (EMS/UPS/TNT/FedEx)

It is totally air transport and fastest. You may need to pay extra money to choose it. If you choose it, we will track the order for you and give you the notice of its recent status. Usually it will take 4 to 10 business days for the package to reach. High quality product will be suggested to choose this delivery method. but if it near Christmas or New year these public holidays, some times it will take 5-20 business days. if sent to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, maybe it will take more 5-10 business days.

B. Standard shipping

If customers choose it, we will send out your packages through the "Singapore Post" or "China Post Priority" with a tracking number. It is specially for customers who require faster delivery than China Post but more expensive than it.  what's more, it is especially good for orders to UA, the  most of the countries in Southeast Asia. In most cases it will take 25-40 business days to reach. but if it near Christmas or New year these public holidays, some times it will take 30-45 business days.

If send to Russia, we will choose "Russian special line", it is a fast line between Russia and China,normally it will take 15-30 business days to reach, if it near Christmas or New year these public holidays, maybe it will be delayed 1-5 days.

C. Economy shipping

Usually these packages are transported by air first and then by land, so it will be a little bit slow. In most cases it will take 15-40 business days to reach. but if it near Christmas or New year these public holidays, some times it will take 20-45 business days.
